Beloved wife of the late Elmer J. Purk for 68 years; devoted mother of Michael (Amy) Purk, Karen (Kevin) Murphy, Diane (Michael) Seerey and the late Thomas Purk; dear Gma of Logan (Mary McClellan) Purk, Dane Purk, Julia Purk, Ryan (Joshua Britton) Murphy, Katie (Geoff) Anderson, Jessica (Andrew) Schneider, Andrew (Crystal Mathews) Simon; loving GiGi of sweet Reese and adorable Sawyer Anderson and darling Evelyn Schneider; dear sister of Athlyn (David) Dew; dear sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend.
Lois devoted her life to her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition she gave of her time volunteering for 17 years at St. Anthony Medical Center.
Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON Chapel, 10151 Gravois, on Monday, Nov. 9, 9:30 a.m to St. Paul Catholic Church for 10:00 Mass. Interment J.B. National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to deGreeff Hospice House or a charity of your choice. Visitation Sun., 3-8 p.m.
