Beloved husband of the late Dorothy Buckner (nee Stevens); dear father of Richard (Linda) Buckner and Carolyn (Mike) Corry; dear grandfather of Kelly (John) Kildea, Katie (Kevin) Parker and Heather (Trey) Schablik; dear great-grandfather of Alaina, Jack, Claire, Cullen, Michael and Emily; our dear uncle, cousin and friend.
Mr. Buckner was a proud member of the Carpenters Union, past commissioner of the Normandy Khoury League, a Boy Scout Leader and coached the Missouri-Illinois Girls Softball State Champions.
Services: Visitation at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois on Wednesday, November 4, 10:30 a.m. until funeral service at 12:30 p.m. Interment J.B. National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Louis ARC (slarc.org) appreciated.
