Services: Visitation at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Thursday, January 7, 11:00 am until service at 1:00 pm. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Rowene was a day care teacher and a member of First Baptist Church of Arnold.
