Mueller (nee Cotner); dear father of Kelly (Richard, Jr.) Wagner and John Mueller; dear grandfather of Richard, III., Natalie, Mary Grace, Annabel, Brian, Tommy, Nicholas, Bryson and Chase; dear brother of Patricia McKenna; our dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.
Mr. Mueller was a retired officer with the University City Police Department.
Services: Funeral at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois Rd., Wednesday, July 26, 12 Noon. Interment Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials to BackStoppers or Our Little Haven, appreciated. Visitation Tuesday 4-8 p.m.
