Starks; dear PaPa of 5 and great Papa of 6; he is preceded in death by 2 siblings and survived by his sister, Barbara Holland.
Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois Rd., Wednesday, June 28, 10 am. Interment J.B. National Cemetery. Mr. Starks was a proud veteran serving in the United States Marine Corps and a member of Teamsters Local #600. Contributions to Colon Cancer Alliance, appreciated. Visitation Tuesday, 5-9 pm.
