Services: A celebration of life will be held at The IBEW Local #1 Union Hall (5850 Elizabeth Ave. 63110) on Saturday, January 16, 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the IBEW Local One Voluntary Fund appreciated.
